Roles and Responsibilities:
Ø Establish
and Maintaining Centralized Document Control System as per Project Requirement in line with Project Procedures
and Specification.
Ø Responsible
and Maintaining Engineering, Vendor, Technical, Non Technical Project
Deliverables (Receive, storage, retrieval and distribution)
Ø Establish
and Controlling Document Flow for review between Client and Vendor
Ø Establish
and Maintaining Tracking system for Project Deliverables (Clients, Vendor,
Internal.)
Ø Establish
and Maintaining Reporting System to Management / Project Control Manager
Engineering and Vendor Deliverable status as
per requirement.
Ø Controlling
Project Construction Drawings/Documents distribution as per Project
distribution matrix and Superseded Drawings/Documents Control.
Ø Preparation
of Final Dossier- Handover to Client / Project Operation Team as per Client
Specification.
Ø Providing
necessary Training and guidance for Junior Staff
